You look wrong

I am a mixed race girl, babied earlier, gave baby up, in prison, now in halfway house,
angry, angry, angry at my druggie mother and her men.
My therapist said I had to read you book. I hate reading but I couldn’ stop.
You look so wrong to speak truth to someone like me.
I don”t know if I can do like you, but now I think it is at least possible. Thank you
